The 8U and 10U program begins in May and continues through July. The 8U program is typically 1st and 2nd Grade and 10U is typically 3rd and 4th Grade. See the lacrosse age chart for details. Waivers may be requested through the lacrosse program director.
8U summer (late May to July), this group plays outdoors on half fields. Games are in a 5x5 format and are typically played without a goalie, with a focus on skill development.
10U summer (May to July), outdoor on half fields. Games will be played 7x7 with a goalie, with a focus on skill development.

EVAA participates in Youth Lacrosse Minnesota (YLM) for the summer season. Games schedule: TBD.
Independence Day Blackout Dates. No YLM games will be scheduled for these dates.
12U & 14U is split into two seasons. 12U is generally 5-6th graders and 14U is 7th and 8th. See the lacrosse age chart for details. Waivers may be requested through the lacrosse program director.
12U and 14U spring lacrosse teams will have one practice per week (day TBD), plus 1-2 games through the Great Northern Lacrosse League (GNLL) per weekend on the same day, either Saturday or Sunday at outdoor locations around the Twin Cities. Spring games begin April 13 and continue through June 2. The cost for spring lacrosse is $150/player.
The 12U and 14U Teams will participate in the Youth Lacrosse Minnesota (YLM) summer season. Beginning in June, all league games occur during the week (blackout period during the week of July 4th). The cost for summer lacrosse is $430/player.

Please be aware that shoulder pad and chest protector standards changed in 2022. All age levels (8U-14U, including goalies) need to meet the NOCSAE standard ND200. All chest protectors and shoulder pads must contain the NOCSAE logo and SEI certification mark on both the packaging and the product to be legal for play.
EVAA has loaner gear available. A check is required and will be held and returned at the end of the season.
